NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING 

When:          Thursday, April 25, 2024 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm

Where:         Hybrid Meeting conducted in-person at Bond Schoeneck & King PLLC, 350 Linden Oaks, Floor 3, Rochester NY 14625, with a virtual participation option via Zoom (a Zoom link will be emailed 1-2 days prior to the Annual Meeting to anyone who RSVPs)

Business:   Election of GRAWA officers and Board Members for the 2024-2025 year (see the below slate of proposed officers and board members) and of WBASNY officers (see the below slate of proposed officers); and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
