Sustaining Membership

We also ask you to consider renewing as a Sustaining Member.  Our Sustaining Members allow us to offer affordable membership to attorneys in many different areas of practice and stages in their careers.  The additional financial assistance provided by these special members not only helps to underwrite our important programming, but also offsets the cost of dues for our up-and-coming attorneys new to practice.  GRAWA recognizes the additional service and support by Sustaining Members at our events throughout the year and on our website.  Sustaining Members also receive 2 complimentary CLE programs.  We hope that you consider becoming a Sustaining Member this year or continuing as a Sustaining Member.

GRAWA Financial Hardship Policy: Those individuals who have been unemployed for more than six of the last twelve months, or whose individual gross annual income was less than $35,000 in the prior tax year, may seek a dues reduction by presenting a written request to the Membership Chair, indicating circumstances along with individual and household income. The Membership Chair will review the request with the GRAWA President and Treasurer. If circumstances warrant, a one year membership at the total of the dues amount due to WBASNY per member (Hardship Dues--currently $55) will be allowed for those seeking such reduction based on financial hardship. There is no fee reduction available for those members whose dues according to the current standard fee structure are already equal to or less than the amount of the Hardship Dues.
