Ride with Heart: A Go Red Spin Ride

Join us for an energizing indoor cycling class at Midtown Athletic Club—led by our President, Jen Aronson—benefiting the American Heart Association as part of Go Red.

Location: Midtown Athletic Club, Rochester
Please arrive 20 minutes early to sign in and get set up
Fee: FREE - donations are encouraged and 100% will go to the American Heart Association

What to know:

• Limited to 15 riders

• Sneakers or clip-in cycling cleats are required

• All abilities are welcome

• Wear comfortable, breathable workout attire

• Donations to the American Heart Association encouraged

After class, enjoy full access to Midtown amenities—grab a bite in the Café, relax in the pool or hot tub, or explore the Club.
