Please join NAWA and the Women's Health Committee on Sunday May 15, 2016 to join the fight against Juvenile (Type 1) Diabetes. We will be participating in the JDRF One Walk at RIT to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). It is a 3 mile walk with a single goal: to create a world without Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). We hope you join us in raising money for life-changing research for the millions of people affected by this devastating disease.
We will be meeting at 9:30 in front of the RIT Ice Rink, which is right in front of Parking Lot D. The walk begins at 10:00 A.M. Bring a friend! You can register as an individual on-line by visiting the JDRF website. If you would like to register at the event, Kim Duguay will be there with envelopes for anyone who wants to register on the day of the walk. We hope to see you there so we can help support the fight against this disease together!
