It is with deep sadness
that we inform you of the death of Judge Kaye's husband, Stephen
Rackow Kaye. Mr. Kaye, former Chair of the Litigation and Dispute
Resolution Department at Proskauer Rose, was one of the nation’s
pre-eminent litigators, with a wealth of trial and appellate experience.
He was known for his devotion to his clients and his dedication
to the highest standards of professional conduct, and he enjoyed
sharing his knowledge and love for the law with young lawyers as
a mentor and teacher. He is survived by three grown children and
six grandchildren. Judge Kaye and her family will be sitting shiva
at home on Wednesday, November 1st and Thursday, November 2nd evenings.
To pay your respects in person, or to send a note, the address is
101 Central Park West, Apt. 5A, New York, NY 10023.
